It's a very important part of our process, a Receptionist is the first point of contact for Clients trying to reach some of our departments, such as Case Management and our operations team. A receptionist must have professional phone presence and etiquette, high attention to detail, great communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced work environment

Key responsibilities:

-Manage incoming calls efficiently and professionally

-Quickly identify the purpose of each call, then determine the appropriate department to assist our clients

-Take messages with accurate information

-Maintain professionalism when handling upset, frustrated or emotional callers

-High attention to detail skills

-Multitask typing when handling incoming calls

-Promote a healthy and professional work environment

Requirements:

-Bilingual, Spanish/Fluid and conversational English

-Strong active-listening skills





-Previous customer service or phone-based experience

-Strong attention to detail skills

-Comfortable using CRM systems

-Experience handling MS Teams, Zoho CRM , and Case Peer is a big plus (Not mandatory)

-Strong reliability, punctuality and attendance.

-Open to constructive feedback

-Work location: On-site

-Schedule: Monday to Friday (availability to work Saturdays when needed)

-Competitive base salary
