The Sales specialist converts qualifies prospects into retained clients through empathetic interactions, building trust, loyalty, and adding value to the services our company offers by communicating in a professional and confident way.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and stablish trust with prospective clients, through professional and empathetic communication
- Explain the firm's services, the next steps and engagement process.
- Identify prospects' needs and concerns and properly communicate how the firm will efficiently address them
- Handle objections related to prospects' decision-making process

-Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective clients, to follow up in a timely manner.

-Meet and exceed performance sales goals

-Follow all firm policies, ethical requirements and stablished procedures.

-Always promote a healthy and respectful work environment

Requirements:

-Previous B2C inbound and outbound sales experience

-High level verbal and written communication skills

-B2C relationship-building abilities





-Very organized with follow-up and time-management skills

-Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, without damaging the professional and ethical approach

-Very strong skills handling objections

-Sales goals oriented in a high pace and performance-driven environment

-Experience handling MS Teams, Zoho CRM , and Case Peer is a big plus (Not mandatory)

-Strong reliability, punctuality and attendance.

-Open to constructive feedback

-Work location: On-site

-Schedule: Monday to Friday (availability to work Saturdays when needed)

-Availability to close deals after office hours (higher commission)

-Competitive base salary, plus uncapped incentives based on productivity
