Job Description
We're Hiring | HR Services Generalist | Querétaro, MX (Hybrid)
Responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment administration, and offboarding processes, across both the United States and Mexico.

What you'll do
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Onboarding
- Employment administration
- HR support services
- Offboarding processes

Partner with key stakeholders across:
- Human Resources
- Payroll
- Talent Acquisition
- HRIS Teams
- Local Business Leaders

What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, or Employee Services
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
- Experience working with ticket management systems and service delivery environments
- Excellent analytical,



communication, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields

Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law
- Understanding of U.S. employment practices and workforce compliance
