We are looking for an experienced
Senior Sales Leader / Enterprise Sales Hunter
to establish and accelerate
KogniVera’s Retail Technology business
in Mexico and LATAM.

This is a strategic revenue leadership role for someone with a proven track record selling
enterprise technology consulting, implementation services, managed services, and digital transformation solutions
to large retail organizations.

We are looking for a true
business builder
— someone who can open executive relationships, generate qualified pipeline, create GTM strategy, build partner-led opportunities, and close complex enterprise deals.

This is
not
a delivery-only, account management, marketing/growth, or retail operations role.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Retail Technology sales strategy and revenue targets.
- Build a sustainable pipeline across enterprise retailers, brands, wholesalers, marketplaces, and large enterprise accounts.




- Lead new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion.
- Engage CXOs, Digital, IT, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, and Business leaders.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Prepare executive presentations, business cases, proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop GTM strategies, sales playbooks, competitive positioning, and value propositions.
- Build strategic partnerships and co-selling motions with technology vendors, consulting partners, systems integrators, and GSIs.
- Work closely with delivery, solution architects, consulting, and leadership teams to translate customer requirements into winning solution proposals.

Must-Have Experience
- 20+ years in enterprise IT / technology sales.
- Strong experience in
Retail Technology
or enterprise digital transformation for retail clients.
