We're looking for a
Video Editor
to transform raw footage, campaign assets, UGC, and existing content into high-performing paid social creative—primarily on Meta. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Team and working closely with the Creative Strategist, you'll own the editing and iteration of short-form video ads that stop the scroll, communicate quickly, and drive action, continuously evolving the brand's paid social creative based on performance learnings.

What You'll Do
- Edit short-form video ads for Meta as well as other paid social platforms (including but not limited to: YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Turn raw footage from UGC, campaign content, product imagery, founder content, influencers/creators, and existing brand assets into compelling performance creative.
- Develop multiple ad variations by testing hooks, openings, pacing, copy, CTAs, formats, and storytelling structures.
- Create both polished, brand-forward edits and more native, lo-fi social content depending on the concept.
- Add on-screen text, captions, motion graphics, music, sound design, and other elements that strengthen the creative and are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Recut existing assets to extend their lifespan and uncover new creative angles.
