Syntax is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to maintain, organize, and optimize human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role supports Syntax’s HR data management, reporting, system maintenance, and process improvement needs while ensuring data accuracy, system integrity,



and effective end-user support.

The HRIS Analyst works with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, and SharePoint and collaborates with HR, IT, and business stakeholders across international environments. This position also contributes to automation, analytics, and AI-enabled improvements that enhance HR operations, reporting quality, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and support HRIS processes aligned with organizational data management and reporting needs.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of organizational and employee data within HR systems.
- Create, maintain, and optimize standard and ad hoc reports, queries, dashboards, and data summaries for operational and strategic decision-making.
- Manage and follow up on HRIS support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with end users.
