About the Role

Our client, a general technology company serving a consumer base of more than 100 million customers, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve a business-critical Salesforce environment, with a strong emphasis on Revenue Cloud (RCA) and CPQ. This is one of the client's two most critical hires for its new Latin America team. You will translate needs from Sales, Finance, Support, and IT into well-designed declarative solutions, keep the platform performant and secure in a high-volume operating environment, and help shape how the organization adopts AI capabilities such as Agentforce and AI voice agents.

Location & Work Arrangement

This is a remote-first position open to candidates based in Mexico or elsewhere in Latin America.



Candidates must be able to work onsite in Mexico City at least once per month, and to attend quarterly in-person team events there. Candidates based in Mexico (Mexico City preferred) are prioritized for roles on the full-time conversion track; candidates elsewhere in Latin America are welcome for contract engagements. Legal authorization to work in the country of residence is required.

Engagement Model

The client is building a long-term Latin America engineering and applications presence, and these roles are foundational hires for that team. The preferred structure is contract-to-hire: an initial contract engagement of six to twelve months, followed by conversion to a permanent role for successful contributors.
