What is your role?

As a Financial Analyst, you will support the plant’s financial processes by helping ensure accurate reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and strong internal controls. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to analyze expenses, support closing activities, prepare reconciliations, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support monthly and periodic closing activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and general ledger accuracy

Prepare account reconciliations, financial reports,



and quarterly reporting packages in a timely and accurate manner

Help maintain compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, GAAP principles, and company policies

Partner with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to support cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Experiences/Education - Required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance

Basic knowledge of US GAAP and financial controls

Experience with SAP, as well as strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with different stakeholders, including plant leadership

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in manufacturing and/or cost accounting is preferred
