Must Haves:
- 3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong LWC Focus
- Strong APEX Experience
- Experience supporting product teams in a 10+ environment
- Basic Integration knowledge using rest APIs
- INTANGIBLES- someone who is outgoing, be comfortable speaking up, asking questions, unmuting and having camera on. Does not want a keyboard pounder

Plus:
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
- Experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud.
- Experience working in healthcare, patient support, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare technology environments.

This is a mid-level Salesforce Developer role supporting a product team.

The environment already has an architect in place.



They are looking for a developer who can write clean Salesforce code and contribute in a collaborative environment.

Focus areas:
- Heavy LWC development
- Apex development
- Standard Service Cloud environment
- Basic REST API knowledge
- New feature development

This is NOT:
- Salesforce Admin work
- A Salesforce Architect role
- An Integration Specialist role
- A Health Cloud-heavy position
- A tooling-heavy DevOps position

*Day to Day*
- Build new Salesforce functionality and features
- Primarily hands-on development work
- Develop Lightning Web Components and Apex solutions
- Build UI components and ensure systems communicate effectively
- Assist with integrations
- Work closely with architects and developers on an established team
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate heavily with teammates
- Contribute ideas and ask questions throughout development processes
