ABOUT THE CONTRACTOR MARKETERS

The Contractor Marketers is hiring a sharp, hands-on Marketing Manager to help us deliver excellent marketing work for our clients. You will work directly with the agency owner and turn strategy into clean, measurable execution across paid ads, landing pages, CRM systems, automations, SEO, and AI-supported marketing workflows.

This is a full-time, remote independent contractor role for an applicant based in Mexico. The initial contract term is 12 months, with the opportunity to renew based on performance and business needs. You must have meaningful overlap with North American business hours.

COMPENSATION

$29,000 to $35,000 USD per year, paid in USD, based on relevant experience, breadth of skills, English communication, and demonstrated results. This is approximately $2,417 to $2,917 USD per month.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build, launch, monitor, and improve campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Help create campaign structures, audiences, offers, ad copy briefs, reporting, and optimization plans.




- Build and improve landing pages with a focus on conversion rate, mobile usability, clear messaging, and lead capture.
- Make landing page and website edits in WordPress. Elementor, Webflow, or similar builder experience is a plus.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot pipelines, forms, tags, triggers, workflows, calendars, and lead follow-up systems in GoHighLevel.
- Create practical automations between marketing tools, CRMs, forms, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms.
- Use AI tools to improve research, content production, reporting, quality control, workflow design, and internal documentation.
- Help develop AI-supported marketing systems, including lead response workflows, knowledge bases, prompts, internal agents, and repeatable client deliverables.
- Perform on-page SEO optimization, including page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal links, keyword placement, and content updates.
- Use ClickUp to manage tasks
