We are looking for an experienced
Healthcare Billing Trainer
to join our team

If you have a strong background in
US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
and experience training, coaching, or mentoring teams, this opportunity could be for you.

What You'll Do
- Conduct
on-the-job training (OJT)
and refresher training for team members.
- Train associates on
Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable, claims, denials, follow-up processes, and RCM best practices
.
- Conduct weekly assessments and monitor associates' learning progress.
- Identify knowledge gaps and develop training plans based on root-cause analysis.
- Support associates in understanding billing systems, billing codes, claim submission, payer communication, and denial management.
- Identify performance and learning trends and recommend improvement strategies.




- Ensure training content remains aligned with US Healthcare regulations and industry practices.

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / US Healthcare.
- Previous experience as a
Trainer, Process Coach, Team Lead, or similar role
is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of
Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable, claims and denials
.
- Advanced English communication skills
, both verbal and written.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
