The Role
We're hiring an SDR to grow LARVOL's presence in the pharma and life sciences market by generating and qualifying leads for our Sales team. This role suits someone who's persistent with outreach, comfortable initiating conversations with decision-makers, and confident building their own pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Build targeted prospect lists across pharma and biotech
- Run personalized outreach across LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Partner with marketing on messaging and campaign execution
- Log activity, leads, and outcomes in Salesforce and related tools
- Track industry trends and competitor activity
What You Bring
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS or life sciences
- Comfort with cold outreach and objection handling
- Self-motivation and discipline in a remote setting
- Curiosity about client pain points and product fit
- Ability to work across time zones, with strong overlap into U.S. hours
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
