We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/ B1 to C1 English) to join our growing team in Tijuana, México.

As an Intake specialist, you will conduct one of the first stages of our Clients onboarding through empathetic interviews, collecting and documenting relevant case information, make sure records are accurate in the firm's case-management' CRM systems.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct Intake detailed and accurate interviews to complete our Clients' files
- Accurately enter and maintain client and case information in the firm's CRM or case-management platforms.
- Answer incoming phone calls and other prospective-client communications

-Follow up with clients who have not yet scheduled a consultation or provided requested information.

-Communicate professionally and compassionately with individuals who may be experiencing stressful or sensitive circumstances.
- Protect confidential and sensitive client information.
- Meet performance goals for stablished KPI goals

-Productivity incentives based on performance

Requirements:




- Previous experience in legal intake is a huge plus
- Previous B2C customer service experience
- Empathetic and high phone etiquette level
- Active-listening skills
- Strong at multitasking at a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)

-Experience handling MS Teams, Zoho CRM and Case Peer is a big plus (Not mandatory)

-Strong reliability, punctuality and attendance.

- Work location: On-site

-Schedule: Monday to Friday (Availability to work Saturdays based on operational needs)

-Competitive base salary, plus uncapped incentives based on productivity
