About the role

We’re Hiring | Payroll Administrator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team and support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations.

What you’ll do:

• Support accurate and timely payroll processing and employee wage disbursements

• Support federal, state, and local payroll tax payments and corporate liabilities

• Research and resolve payroll inquiries from employees, vendors, and taxing authorities

• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records

• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws and regulations

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

•




1–2 years of experience in a high-volume transactional or support environment
such as Payroll, Accounting, Data Entry, Information Systems, Customer Service, Help Desk, HR, Back Office, or similar roles

•
Mix of backgrounds welcome:
Help Desk, HR, Customer Service, Accounting, Back Office, or other transactional/support experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and checklists

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Experience with Payroll, HR, Case Management, or other systems is a plus

•
Payroll knowledge is a plus, regardless of country — experience with Mexican or U.S. payroll regulations is welcome
