Creemy is looking for a
TikTok Shop Affiliate & Operations Manager

to help build and scale our TikTok

Shop Affiliate business in LATAM.

This role sits at the intersection of business development, creator management, social commerce,

operations, and data, working closely with our Creator Management and Data Science teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with TikTok Shop sellers, brands, and affiliate creators.

• Identify high-potential products, categories, sellers, and commission opportunities.

• Manage affiliate projects end-to-end, from seller outreach and product selection to creator

matching, activation, and performance follow-up.

• Work with our Creator Management team to activate existing creators and recruit new nano

and micro affiliates.

• Track key metrics including activation, conversion, GMV, commissions, and creator

performance.

• Collaborate with our Data Science team to improve creator/product matching, reporting,

scoring models, and process automation.

• Stay up to date on TikTok Shop tools, trends, programs, and opportunities,



while building and

maintaining a strong working relationship with local TikTok Shop teams.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in business development, creator/influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, e-

commerce, marketplaces, or social commerce.

• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with an interest in performance and data.

• Understanding of the creator economy and digital commerce ecosystem.

• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable building new processes from the ground up.

• Professional working proficiency in English is required, as the role involves regular interaction

with international sellers and partners.

• Previous TikTok Shop or affiliate commerce experience is a strong plus.

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to help build a new business unit from its early stages and

progressively scale it through creators, data, technology, and automation.
