MFS Trade School is looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our remote sales team.
This is a consultative sales position, not a telemarketing or high-volume cold-calling role. The selected candidate will speak with qualified leads who have expressed interest in professional training programs, business packages, commercial equipment, and financing options.
We are looking for someone who can understand each prospect’s goals, recommend the appropriate solution, build trust, follow up consistently, and close high-value sales professionally.
Because this position requires frequent phone conversations with customers in the United States, native or fully native-level English fluency is required. Candidates must communicate naturally and confidently in English, understand customers easily,



and conduct professional sales consultations without relying on translation tools.

Respond promptly to new qualified leads.
Conduct professional sales consultations by phone.
Understand each prospect’s goals, experience, business needs, budget, and purchasing timeline.
Clearly explain MFS Trade School’s courses, training programs, business packages, commercial equipment, and financing options.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales process.
Negotiate and close high-value sales.
Meet established sales, follow-up, and performance goals.
Maintain accurate notes, follow-up activities, deal stages, and customer information in the CRM.
Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date.
Follow established sales processes, pricing policies, and company procedures.
