Experience recruiting for corporate-type roles is still valuable, but the immediate focus is on plant/manufacturing roles. Healthcare Manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus. Key Requirements Experience & Skills Proven experience in salaried/higher-level recruiting Strong English language skills (written and spoken). Skilled in preparing high-quality, thoughtful candidate submissions. Able to work on diverse recruiting needs if required. Comfortable leveraging tools (e.g., AI)



to refine candidate communications US clients experience (Preferred) Compensation & Benefits Salary: 100% registered with IMSS, Afore, Infonavit, etc. Contract: Temporary (initial 3 months, renewable for an additional 3 months, until accumulating 12 months for full contract planta).
