Responsible for managing the company’s employment litigation in a manner that is cost-effective, strategic, and consistent with the organization’s focus on legal compliance, risk mitigation, employee experience, and client relationships.

Duties
- Handle and represent the company in labor cases.
- Provide advice on labor law compliance.
- Collaborate with company leaders and HR relating to case management, risk mitigation, and remediation.
- Review and revise employment policies.
- Review and update employment related contracts and templates.
- Conduct compliance audits.
- Diligently manage budget.
- Maintain litigation files.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of legal experience in a corporate environment or in a Law Firm is required.
- Advanced English level (B2).
- Intermediate MS Office package proficiency. Detail oriented and strong time management skills.
- Candidates must be located in Guadalajara or Puebla, or be available to relocate to either city.
