Job Title: Collection Agent Position Type: 12-Month Contract
We are seeking a detail-oriented and target-driven Collection Agent to support collection activities, payment reconciliations, customer issue resolution, and external debt collection operations. Manage collection activities and related administrative processes, including payment reconciliations and follow-up.
Prepare collection and performance reports and provide recommendations for process and performance improvements.
Provide training and coaching to team members and support specialized projects and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Conduct call monitoring and monitor control processes to support quality assurance and audit requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
~Proficiency in English and Spanish is required to communicate with customers,



external collection vendors, and internal business stakeholders in both languages.
