As a Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst, you will provide analytical and strategic support to the Sales Force Effectiveness function by transforming commercial data into actionable insights.



You will help drive sales productivity through data governance, performance tracking, reporting automation, and business intelligence initiatives that support tactical and strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, validate, and transform commercial data into actionable insights to support business decisions.
Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of sales and commercial information through data validation and control processes.
Develop and maintain data governance standards and traceability for critical commercial metrics such as sell-in, sell-out, execution, and productivity KPIs.
Generate trend analyses and identify opportunities that contribute to commercial planning and execution strategies.
Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations with data-driven recommendations for stakeholders.
