Serves as the primary finance liaison for Corporate and Regional Finance partners, including Centers of Excellence (COEs), FP&A;, P&T;, Procurement, and other general finance teams.
Drives a culture of integrity, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the Guadalajara finance team.
Actively identifies and drives opportunities to standardize, simplify, automate, and optimize finance processes to improve efficiency, control, and scalability.
Leads the implementation of new systems, tools, and technologies, including change management and adoption within the Guadalajara finance organization.
Identifies and advances high‐potential talent, partnering with offshore leaders to design and implement targeted development plans.
Drives sustained performance improvement, supported by continuous feedback and strategically aligned finance training initiatives.
Leads enterprise‐wide initiatives and ensures global alignment, delivering critical projects while maintaining strong engagement with international stakeholders.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline required: MBA, CPA, or CIA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive, work‐related experience with demonstrated proficiency across multiple finance and accounting functions, including leadership responsibility.
Personally demonstrates a strong results orientation and cultivates accountability, ownership, and performance excellence within teams.
Demonstrated expertise in finance, budgeting, and accounting processes, including a strong understanding of applicable local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
