Summary
Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Manage vendor services (Business Services, Consumables, Housekeeping, Waste Management, Food Services and Secretaries, etc.), and to provide financial planning and business control services to the Site Operations Function.
- Responsible for staff relocation (moves) and the phone/voicemail system and Facilities Systems development.
- Ensures compliance to ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Standards.
- In-depth knowledge of vendor and project management, facility management.
- In-depth understanding of business models and services management practices.




- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- Ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production levels within tight time deadlines and in a highly dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use some or all of the following PC applications: Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Excellent negotiation and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to plan strategically for the coordinated delivery of a variety of materials.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills.
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety programs and regulations including ISO 14001.
