The Sr. Manufacturing Industrial Engineering Manager will lead industrial engineering strategy and operational excellence initiatives across a high-growth manufacturing site. This role will oversee a team of industrial engineers and partner closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to improve productivity, optimize processes, reduce costs, and support the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies.
- The idóneo candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving skills and has a proven track record of leading Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, productivity, and transformation initiatives in complex manufacturing environments.

What You Will Do in This Role
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the Industrial Engineering strategy and develop a high-performing team.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Partner with site and cross-functional leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

Process Optimization
- Optimize workflows, material flow, production lines, capacity,



and labor utilization.
- Lead time studies, line balancing, ergonomic assessments, Kaizen events, and structured problem-solving.
- Implement standardized work and data-driven solutions to improve productivity, quality, and throughput.

Technology & Innovation
- Identify and deploy automation, Industry 4.0, and advanced manufacturing solutions.
- Use data analytics, dashboards, and simulation tools to improve plant performance.
- Support digital transformation and process modernization.

Productivity & Cost Improvement
- Drive improvements in labor productivity, cycle time, capacity, throughput, and operating cost.
- Lead layout redesigns, capacity planning, capital projects, ROI analysis, and equipment specifications.
- Ensure project benefits are achieved and sustained over time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
