Job OverviewWe are seeking a driven, competitive, and results-oriented Commercial Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus entirely on business-to-business (B2B) sales, identifying risk management needs for local companies and providing tailored commercial asset protection. This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, giving you direct control over your earning potential.

- Job Type: Full-time, [100% REMOTE)
- Location: SAN LUIS POTOSI, MEXICO
- Reports To: Sales Manager / Agency Principal
- 70% BILINGUE ENGLISH/SPANISH

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: [$15,000-$20,000] per month(depending on experience).
- Commission Structure: Uncapped commission on new business [plus X% residual commission on renewals]

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Cold call, network, and use social selling to build a pipeline of business owners and decision-makers.
- Risk Evaluation: Review prospect operations, fleet sizes,



and property values to identify coverage gaps.
- Coverage Customization: Design policy packages including general liability, workers' comp, commercial auto, and cyber insurance.
- Sales Presentations: Present coverage options and premium quotes to CFOs, HR directors, and business owners.
- Client Retention: Conduct annual reviews with existing clients to adjust policies as their businesses scale.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance license required [or must obtain within 30 days of hire].
- Experience: Minimum [1–3 years] of successful B2B sales experience; insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and agency management software.
