Trans-Continental Manufacturing (TCM) is a growing contract manufacturing company serving customers in the medical, commercial furniture, consumer electronics, and industrial industries. We are looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented NPI Project Coordinator to help manage new product launches from quotation through production.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from kickoff through production launch.
Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
Follow up with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Sales on project activities.
Schedule and lead project status meetings.
Track action items and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate prototype builds, pilot runs, and production launches.
Monitor PPAP, ISIR, First Article, and customer documentation requirements.
Assist with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and revision control.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.




Prepare weekly project status reports for management.
Identify project risks and help drive timely resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, project coordination, or New Product Introduction.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
ERP experience (SAP Business One is a plus).
Ability to read engineering drawings is an advantage.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
