Essential Job Functions
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize automation solutions to streamline business and IT processes.
- Assess existing Power Automate solutions and convert or migrate them to Amazon Quick Automate or other suitable automation platforms where appropriate.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify repetitive, manual activities that can be automated through backend automation solutions.
- Facilitate workshops with business teams to analyze current processes, identify automation opportunities, and define automation roadmaps.
- Evaluate automation opportunities by balancing implementation and maintenance effort against expected benefits, such as time savings, quality improvements, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.
- Provide clear recommendations and confidently challenge automation requests when the expected business value does not justify the investment.
- Assist the Test Lead in identifying and implementing opportunities for automated regression testing using Playwright or similar automation tools.




- Drive adoption of AI capabilities within the team by identifying use cases where AI can improve productivity, quality, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
- Assess, pilot, and recommend AI and automation tools that support business and IT objectives.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to team members on automation and AI best practices.
- Research emerging automation and AI technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation solutions and AI-enabled processes.
- Collaborate with development, testing, operations, and business teams to ensure automation solutions align with organizational goals and standards.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
