A Day in the Life:
Our Mexico team, part of the broader Prologis global accounting organization, is responsible for the full accounting and reporting cycle across Mexico operations, ensuring compliance with Mexican GAAP (NIF), IFRS, and US GAAP.

As the Accounting Director, you will report directly to the VP Accounting LATAM and lead a large, high-performing team. You will be the primary owner of all accounting operations in Mexico, responsible for the integrity,



accuracy, and completeness of financial records across all entities.

This role requires deep technical accounting expertise across multiple frameworks, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced, multinational environment. You will play a critical role in driving disciplined execution of the close process, strengthening internal controls, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver accurate and timely financial results that support Prologis’ growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations & Oversight:
- Serve as the primary owner of all accounting operations in Mexico, including Property Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Consolidation, Corporate Accounting, and Internal Reporting.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial records across all entities.
