About the role

The Sr. NPI Advanced Quality Engineer leads the quality strategy for new product development projects, ensuring all deliverables are met from design through launch.

Key responsibilities

As a NPI Advanced Quality Engineer, you will be resposible for:
- Using the Carrier Passport methodology to support the introduction of new products and processes—proactively safeguarding product quality, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure that plant teams are executing required quality activities—such as validations, audits, and documentation—according to plan. When gaps or delays arise, provide hands-on support to drive resolution and maintain launch readiness.
- Lead and coordinate validation of processes, equipment, and fixtures (e.g., ProCert, MPR), ensuring full compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Serve as the quality gatekeeper for NPD milestones, confirming that all deliverables are met before advancing to the next development phase.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing,



and Supplier teams to embed quality into product and process design from the earliest stages.

Requirements:
As a minimum you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, with at least 3 years in NPI or product launches.
- Experience leading cross-functional quality initiatives and managing quality-related projects.
- Experience in manufacturing industries (e.g., HVAC, automotive, aerospace).

Advanced English (spoken and written).
