Junior Weaving Engineer (Entry-Level Opportunity)

Full-Time Position | Textile Manufacturing Industry. Applicant will relocate to North Carolina. Employer will sponsor Work Visa.

We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Junior Weaving Engineer to join a growing têxtile manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate looking to launch a career in advanced têxtile technology, industrial manufacturing, and production engineering.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Receive specialized training on advanced têxtile weaving equipment and production systems
- Assist with machine setup, calibration, adjustments, and troubleshooting activities
- Monitor production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform quality inspections and help identify and resolve production issues
- Learn and understand all aspects of weaving operations
- Provide technical support and guidance to weaving operators as experience develops
- Progress toward supporting production supervision and operational leadership




- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering field preferred:
- Recent engineering graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong academic background and demonstrated technical aptitude
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish:
- Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid engineering degree/diploma required (MUST)
- Valid U.S. tourist visa required

Compensation

Competitive full-time compensation: $19.50-$22.50 per hour (US Dollars)
