- Global Category Manager (Raw Materials) - Your future role?

As a Global Category Manager (Raw Materials) in São Paulo (BR) or Queretaro (MX), you will develop and implement strategies (and related tactical plans)



to source critical/complex Aroma Chemicals and secure supply for those raw materials in line with business plan. You will operate with significant autonomy, under guidance of Segment Head.
- Core Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy
- Manage the category in alignment with the 2030 procurement strategy
- Drive the development and implementation of RM category strategies
- Analyze market and implement risk management strategies for the portfolio
- Lead sourcing strategy development within cross functional team for key categories
- Drive sourcing strategy implementation by leading major RFQs and key negotiations

Portfolio Management
- Negotiate contracts globally
- Select, manage and audit suppliers
- Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and actively involve creation and manufacturing in development of optimization plans
- Own key supplier relationship, and lead GBS escalated supplier conflict resolutions
- Communicate to suppliers any forthcoming changes in demand/specification
