This is a Project Coordinator role focused on residential solar operations, offered under an independent contractor setup.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to oversee residential solar projects from sale through completion. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining project timelines, coordinating with homeowners and internal teams, managing documentation, and ensuring all milestones are met in accordance with internal SLAs. This position is idóneo for someone with solar industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.

This is an independent contractor role.

Communication with homeowners during active and hold project statuses
Project Management
Understanding the local office market, AHJs, and utilities
Accounts Receivable / Finance-Related Items
Milestone payments for cash customers
Ensuring project completion within finance timelines
Major Projects
~ First Five-Day (F5D) Incentive – to complete the initial stages of projects within the first five days, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to installation
~90-Day Project Sale to PTO'd – to expedite project completion from the initial sale to PTO status within 90 days
~ Reporting on office specifics – tracking and analyzing key metrics, such as project timelines and customer satisfaction at the office level
~ Other duties and projects as assigned
