Position: Analytics Delivery Lead / Product Owner

Location: Guadalajara, MX / Hybrid (Zapopan)

Role Overview The Analytics Delivery Lead / Product Owner leads the strategy, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise analytics products. Working within a SAFe Agile framework, this role collaborates with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions, backlogs, and product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Ownership & Strategy: Define product vision, create roadmaps, manage the product backlog, and prioritize features to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Agile Delivery Management: Lead end-to-end delivery in a SAFe Agile environment, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and track deliverables using Azure DevOps.
- Stakeholder & Team Alignment: Partner closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and streamline cross-functional workflows.




- Platform Modernization: Support the strategic migration toward a modern cloud data platform using Databricks and AWS S3.
- Quality & Observability: Ensure analytics solutions are reliable, scalable, and fully aligned with enterprise standards.

Technical & Domain Requirements

- Agile & Tools: Strong experience with SAFe Agile methodology and Azure DevOps.
- Data Platforms & Storage: Databricks, AWS S3, Oracle, and Amazon Aurora.
- Reporting & Integrations: Power BI (reporting/visualization) and Boomi (integrations).
- AI & Observability: Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock, Unity, and Datadog.

Key Qualifications

- Proven track record in product ownership and leadership within modern data and cloud analytics ecosystems.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
