Job Overview

Our client is looking for a highly organized Bilingual Construction Operations Lead (Buildertrend) to oversee daily construction software operations and maintain project data integrity. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone for the team by translating field updates, budgets, schedules, and vendor documentation into accurate system records. The adecuado candidate possesses a strong background in residential construction workflows and excels at proactive follow-up and cross-team communication.

This is a dedicated construction operations and system administration role, not a software development position.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EDT, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and continuously audit project records, schedules, tasks, and milestones within Buildertrend.
- Upload, organize, and maintain project documentation, including plans, contracts, proposals, permits, selections, and photos according to file-naming standards.
- Prepare and issue bid requests to subcontractors and vendors, track responses, and maintain updated vendor compliance records (W-9s, insurance certificates, contracts).
- Input and monitor financial records including budgets, purchase orders, change orders, bills, and cost information while flagging inconsistencies.
- Track material selections, approvals, lead times, delivery schedules, warranty items, and punch-list tasks through project closeout.
- Generate weekly management reports, enter daily logs and meeting notes, and maintain standardized Buildertrend templates,



checklists, and SOPs.
- Conduct regular reviews of active projects and communicate continuously with project managers to align Buildertrend records with field activities.

Requirements

- General understanding of residential construction phases and terminology.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence following up with team members, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines without constant supervision.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PDF documents, and cloud-based file systems.
