Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Analytics Business Analyst / Domain SME with strong healthcare domain and analytics experience. The candidate will translate healthcare business, clinical, operational, and analytics requirements into clear specifications for data and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the Healthcare Domain SME and bridge between business and technical teams.
- Gather and document business, data, reporting, and analytics requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data requirements.
- Analyze healthcare data, KPIs, reports, and business processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Architects, and QA teams.




- Support data modernization and migration initiatives involving Databricks and AWS S3.
- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and manage requirements/backlog in Azure DevOps.
- Support UAT, data validation, defect triage, and business acceptance.

Required Skills

- Strong Healthcare Business Analysis / Healthcare Analytics experience.
- Excellent understanding of healthcare data, KPIs, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with SAFe Agile and Azure DevOps.
- Strong stakeholder communication and requirements management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
