Business Development Representative – Urgent Need, Now Hiring

Job Overview & Details

- Position Status: Part-Time, Permanent, 100% Fully Remote
- Location: Remote (Open strictly to candidates residing in Latin America)
- Target Compensation: $7.00 USD/hr + Uncapped Commission per generated client
- Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST (20 hours/week)

Responsibilities

- Execute high-volume outbound phone calls to follow up with team-supplied warm leads.
- Introduce, present, and pitch agency staffing services to prospective client decision-makers.
- Build rapport, maintain consistent prospect touchpoints, and nurture relationships throughout the sales pipeline.
- Overcome prospect hesitations and convert prospective warm leads into active staffing agency client accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of phone calls, outreach outcomes, and pipeline progress.

Requirements & Skills

- Location Requirement:



Must be located in Latin America (Expats residing in LatAm are welcome to apply).
- Recent Sales/BDR Experience: 1–2+ years of recent experience in outbound sales, business development, or phone outreach roles.
- Outbound Phone Sales: Demonstrated success in phone outreach, lead nurturing, and client conversion.
- Staffing Agency Knowledge: Familiarity with staffing, recruitment, or agency service models.
- Advanced English Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for professional outbound calling with US stakeholders.
