Role Description Provide L2 Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support for enterprise networking and Load Balancer/ADC environments.



Diagnose and resolve network issues related to routing, switching, firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and SSL/TLS while performing configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of ADC platforms to ensure service availability and customer satisfaction.
