Responsabilidades Fundamental

- Dirigir sesiones de ajedrez para alumnos de acuerdo con su edad y nivel de experiencia.
- Enseñar reglas, movimientos, principios básicos y estrategias del juego.
- Diseñar ejercicios, retos y partidas que desarrollen el pensamiento lógico y estratégico.
- Adaptar las actividades a diferentes niveles de habilidad y ritmo de aprendizaje.
- Supervisar partidas y brindar retroalimentación positiva y constructiva.
- Fomentar un ambiente de respeto, concentración, colaboración y juego limpio.
- Motivar a los alumnos a desarrollar interés y confianza en el ajedrez.
- Preparar a los alumnos, cuando aplique, para torneos, competencias o actividades especiales.
- Mantener y cuidar el material de ajedrez y los recursos utilizados durante las sesiones.

Habilidades y experiencia deseada

- Experiencia previa como maestro(a), instructor(a) o entrenador(a) de ajedrez, idealmente con niños o adolescentes.
- Dominio de las reglas, fundamentos y estrategias del ajedrez.
- Habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo, paciencia y manejo positivo de grupos.
- Capacidad para explicar conceptos de manera clara, dinámica y adecuada para diferentes edades.
- Pensamiento lógico, estratégico y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
- Formación, certificación o experiencia competitiva en ajedrez, deseable.
- Experiencia en ambientes escolares, academias, clubes o programas extracurriculares, deseable.
