Description

Infor is seeking a Techno-Functional Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to support critical customer accounts across the Americas within our Infor Managed Services (IMS) organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers maximize the value of Infor WFM solutions through expert application support, issue resolution, and ongoing system optimization. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to customers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across Product Development, R&D;, Cloud Operations, Professional Services, and Integral Support. This position requires a balance of functional expertise and technical capability, enabling effective delivery of customer outcomes and operational excellence. The role offers significant exposure to Infor’s Workforce Management product suite and opportunities to contribute to customer success on a global scale.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes





Manage and resolve customer support requests related to Infor Workforce Management solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate directly with customers to understand business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
Responsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting functional/technical programming specifications as required.
Configure, analyze, and support Workforce Management modules including Time & Attendance and Multi-View Scheduler (MVS).
Develop and maintain technical solutions utilizing Java, Oracle SQL, Groovy scripting, and Cognos reporting tools.
Partner with internal teams across Development, R&D;, Cloud Operations, and Professional Services to address complex customer challenges.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve application stability, efficiency, and user experience.
