Job Title: Data Engineer

Location: Guadalajara, MX / Zapopan, MX - Hybrid

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer to design and build scalable, cloud-based data solutions. If you bring strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, dbt, AWS, and Python, along with a background in developing modern data pipelines and data warehouse architecture, we want to hear from you.

Domain Expertise

- General Supply Chain: Strong knowledge covering Demand & Supply Planning, Production & Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement & Logistics, S&OP;/IBP, and NPI.
- Preferred: 2 years of relevant domain experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Pipeline Engineering: Design, develop, and optimize high-performance ETL/ELT workflows.
- Data Modeling: Build and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake using dbt.
- Automation & Processing: Develop Python-based data processing and automation solutions.
- Cloud Architecture: Leverage AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda,



Redshift, EMR) to build resilient, cloud-native platforms.
- Quality & Performance: Optimize data performance, ensure high data quality standards, and enforce industry best practices.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and participate in core technical design discussions.

Mandatory Skills

- Snowflake: Deep hands-on design and optimization expertise.
- dbt & Data Warehousing: Advanced dbt usage, advanced SQL, and data modeling concepts.
- Programming & Cloud: Advanced Python skills and extensive AWS ecosystem experience (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, EMR, Athena).
- Engineering Best Practices: ETL/ELT pipeline design, Git, and CI/CD automation tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
