Delivery Analyst – Client Delivery Are you someone who enjoys figuring out how things work, solving problems, and working directly with clients? Acxiom is looking for a Delivery Analyst to join our team in Mexico. This role is a great fit for someone with at least 2 years of experience who has worked with email or marketing campaign execution, SQL/data, and client-facing delivery and wants to continue building their career in a global data and technology environment.

This is not a traditional digital marketing role . You'll work behind the campaigns—helping manage the data, technology, processes, and troubleshooting that allow client campaigns to execute successfully.

What You'll Do - Support and execute email and marketing campaigns from setup through delivery and validation.

- Work with SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle , to query, validate, and troubleshoot campaign and customer data.
- Manage campaign inputs, data feeds, file transfers, segmentation, and other technical delivery requirements.
- Work directly with clients and internal teams , understanding requests and translating them into accurate deliverables.
- Investigate campaign, data, and production issues, identify root causes, and drive problems through resolution.
- Perform quality checks to ensure campaigns and data are accurate before delivery.
- Manage client requests, incidents, and priorities within established timelines and SLAs.
- Take ownership of your work and know when to investigate independently and when to bring in the right technical resources.
- Collaborate with teams across technology, data, operations, and client delivery.





What We're Looking For - 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

- Hands-on experience supporting or executing email, CRM, or marketing campaigns .
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience working with data and relational databases; Oracle/PL-SQL is a plus .
- Experience in a technical operations, campaign operations, marketing operations, application support, implementation, or client delivery environment .
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working directly with clients, customers, or business stakeholders .
- Ability to manage priorities and take ownership without needing constant direction.
- Strong English communication skills for working with global teams and clients. Great to Have Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms, ETL/data feeds, SaaS or cloud environments, file transfer processes, ticketing/incident management, or campaign QA will help you stand out.
