Role Overview

We are seeking a DevOps / IT Ops Architect with strong expertise in Terraform, Azure DevOps, and infrastructure automation to standardize and modernize cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role focuses on transforming existing Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell automation into reusable Azure DevOps pipelines while ensuring consistent provisioning, governance, security, and compliance across environments.

Spanish – Preferred for local coordination

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain reusable Azure DevOps YAML pipelines with parameterization, service connections, environments, and REST-triggered workflows.

Standardize existing Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell automation into scalable CI/CD pipelines.

Develop and maintain Terraform modules, manage state, perform terraform import/state adoption, and support Terraform Enterprise workflows.

Integrate Ansible playbooks and PowerShell automation into deployment pipelines.

Implement secure secrets management using HashiCorp Vault.

Deploy and maintain Compliance as Code using AWS Config Conformance Packs and Azure Policy through Terraform.

Implement automated validation including plan-diff gates, contract testing, and pipeline/API test automation.

Support infrastructure automation across AWS, Azure, and GCP,



ensuring reliable provisioning and governance.

Leverage AI engineering assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalent) to accelerate development, documentation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure automation while validating AI-generated code before deployment.

Troubleshoot pipeline failures, Terraform state issues, and cloud policy violations using modern automation and AI-assisted workflows.

Support integrations with cloud and enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow and Morpheus (preferred).

Required Skills

7+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, or Cloud Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Terraform / Terraform Enterprise

Azure DevOps (YAML Pipelines, REST API)

Ansible

PowerShell

HashiCorp Vault

Git

Working knowledge of

AWS: EC2, RDS, S3, Storage Gateway, IAM, AWS Config

Azure: Compute, Networking, Management Groups, Azure Policy

GCP: Terraform Provider, Projects/Organization Policies, Workload Identity Federation

Experience with automated testing for infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Demonstrated use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalent) in daily engineering workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Morpheus or similar cloud management platforms.

Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow.
