The HR Coordinator will partner with leaders and employees to support business objectives through effective Human Resources strategies and initiatives. This role will have a strong focus on Employee Relations, HR Business Partner support for the Merchandiser team, culture, engagement, and organizational change, while contributing to key HR programs and projects.

Core Responsibilities
Partner with employees and leaders, providing guidance on HR processes, policies, employee relations, and people-related topics.
Act as the HR Business Partner for the Merchandiser team, supporting labor relations, culture, engagement, and the implementation of new ways of working.
Manage and address employee relations matters, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions in partnership with leaders and HR.
Support and lead HR initiatives related to Diversity & Inclusion, Training & Development, Wellbeing, Culture, Social Responsibility, Communication.
Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational culture.




Partner with cross-functional teams and HR stakeholders to deliver people initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across HR programs and processes, enhancing the employee and manager experience.
Analyze available people data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed HR decisions.
Support HR administrative processes and ensure accurate and timely execution.
Provide general support to the Senior HR Manager on HR priorities and projects.
