Work with banking/financial entities, international agencies, or government officials.
- Assist in vendor and client registration, purchasing, and accounts payable processes.
- Data processing: responsible for updating records in the company system.
- Assist in the department's programs, projects, and processes.
- Assist in tracking due dates and compliance with US tax returns and other legal requirements. 3+ years of experience working in finance areas.
- Expertise with web-based tools.
- Advanced English, both spoken and written (a must).
