Executive Opportunity | Finance Specialist / Manager | Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico For one of our international clients in the automotive manufacturing industry, we are currently seeking an experienced Finance Specialist / Manager to support and strengthen the financial operations of its manufacturing facility in Silao, Guanajuato. This position reports directly to the General Manager and Headquarters Finance leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

-Full accounting responsibility for the Mexico operation

-Financial planning, budgeting, cash flow and controlling activities

-Monthly and annual financial reporting to headquarters

-Analysis of budget deviations and implementation of corrective actions

-Tax, legal and statutory compliance management

-Coordination with external auditors and financial stakeholders

-Support to management in strategic and operational financial decisions

-Continuous improvement of financial systems, processes and controls

We are looking for a professional with:





✔ Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry

✔ Strong accounting, controlling and financial planning background

✔ Experience with ERP systems and financial technologies

✔ Ability to work independently and under pressure

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Good English communication skills

✔ 5+ years of relevant professional experience
