Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field)
- Up to 4 - 5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts.
- Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.

Additional Requirements

- Valid U.S. visa (required)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to Customer sites
- Strong communication skills in English




- Ability to work in cross-functional and customer-facing environments

- Timely and effective resolution of technical issues and fleet events

- Strong technical support to the Fleet Manager and Field Teams

- Positive feedback from customers and internal stakeholders

This role is ideal for developing strong technical expertise while contributing directly to Customer success under LTSA contracts. Relocation is available for this position.Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.Posting Dates:
