+7 years Automation Engineer working in Automotive or similar Industry. Strong knowledge in automation/assembly machinery. Strong experience in designing, programming, simulating, and testing automated machinery and processes.
Program PLCs, HMIs, and variable speed drives in Siemens programming language (TIA Portal, S7).
Design and supervise the assembly and installation of electrical panels and control cabinets.
Operation and commissioning of automated machinery.
Prepare documentation and reports on automation projects.
Degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Control Engineering.
Knowledge in Structured Text programming (C++ / C# kind) programming desired is a plus
Knowledge of Coil Winding and Automation Machinery required.
Strong knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers, specifically Siemens S7).
Knowing SQL database and interface is a plus.
Must be able to read and decipher electrical schematic's in European and American format.
Good knowledge mechanical concepts related to robotics/industrial machinery.
Updated passport and VISA (mandatory).
Knowledge to understand servo motors, drives, encoders, proximity switches, solenoides and machine controls circuits.
Advanced English, Italian is a plus.
Contact management software (Lotus Notes, ACT or similar) and Outlook.
