As a Guest Service Agent (night shift), you’re not just handing over the shift effectively to ensure the proper operation of the reception for the day – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

- Maintain a daily record of arrivals and departures and verify the information constantly.
- Manage guest registration cards by printing them during the night shift and updating them during the morning and afternoon shifts.
- Print informational reports for hotel departments such as arrival lists, VIPs, in-house groups, and occupancy percentages—as well as executive floor access lists.
- Support the night auditor with all additional tasks assigned.
- Assign keys for the next day's arrivals.
- Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and effectively manage messages and communications
