Career Opportunity | HR Specialist | Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico For one of our international clients in the automotive manufacturing industry, we are currently seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support and manage key Human Resources functions for its manufacturing operation in Silao, Guanajuato. This position reports directly to the General Manager / CEO.

Key responsibilities include:

-Payroll processing and time & attendance administration

-Recruitment of direct and indirect personnel

-Performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives

-Headcount monitoring and HR reporting to headquarters

-Personnel administration and employee records management

-Training coordination and documentation management

-Employee welfare, engagement and motivation activities

-Compliance with labor, safety and regulatory requirements

-Support for internal, external and customer audits

-Plant administration and coordination with cross-functional teams

Hands-on experience managing the full payroll cycle is required





We are looking for a professional with:

✔ Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry

✔ Strong knowledge of payroll, labor compliance and HR administration

✔ Experience with ERP systems and HR technologies

✔ Ability to work independently and under pressure

✔ Strong organizational and communication skills

✔ Good English communication skills

✔ 5+ years of relevant HR experience
