Key Responsibilities

- HR Architecture: Design, build, and scale a comprehensive local HR ecosystem from the ground up, encompassing talent acquisition, employee relations, and core HR operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all workplace practices, corporate policies, and employment contracts strictly align with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and local tax requirements.

Policy Localization

Adapt and execute general HR strategies and corporate culture initiatives to fit the Mexican cultural and legal framework.

Talent & Team Building: Partner with business leaders and external recruitment agencies to drive local talent mapping, hiring pipelines, and organizational growth.
