Position Open Until Filled
County Administration is seeking a highly organized, versatile professional to provide executive administrative, technology, and communications support to the County Administrator.
Responsibilities include assisting with Board of Supervisors agendas, meetings and records; serving as Deputy Clerk to the Board; managing the County website content and social media presence; developing communications, marketing materials and presentations; supporting public information, media relations, branding, and community outreach; and coordinating technology and audiovisual support for public meetings. Candidate will also provide support to the Office of Personnel and Financial Management Director and Communications Director as required. The idóneo candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, sound judgment, strong technology skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
